The Aya lounge is located on the ground floor and benefits from a beautiful light. Its 35 m² can accommodate up to 15 people. It has 4 screens for simultaneous projection controlled by smartphone or tablet and a corner with mineral water, coffee and tea. The Iki installed on the first floor has been fitted out to accommodate up to 10 people. It has a screen to project your presentations and a corner with mineral water, coffee and tea. Each lounge offers a working environment that is both studious and friendly, with a minimalist decor enhanced with touches of bright colors.

The Sōzō Hotel is ideally located in the center of Nantes, close to the TGV station and about twenty minutes by car from Nantes airport. From Angers, it takes about 1 hour by car, and 1 hour 40 minutes from Rennes. From Paris, it will take you about 2 hours by TGV.
